It’s the final week before we move house. The movers arrive in a week and there is so so much to do still. An enormous amount of work has happened. We did the Marie Kondo approach more or less. Three boxes with GIVE, KEEP, RUBBISH. Many people gifted with great items that make them happy and that we no longer need to hang onto. It comes at an emotional price but one I’m happy to pay. An elation of being free with a side order of emptiness. Balance and peace. The emptiness will pass the elation – I hope not.
